CB1 Public Art (2011 – 2018)
Aid & Abet have been resident on the CB1 development site since 2011 and are members of the Public Art Steering Panel for the development.
The Public Art programme is led by Brookgate Ltd and Commissions Projects and provides a significant cultural contribution to Cambridge and the region setting a national precedent for developer-led programmes of art in the public realm.
Aid & Abet have taken an active role in delivering an engagement programme involving all the artists working on commissions and temporary projects across this major new city quarter in Cambridge. Artist include; Antoni Malinowski, Dryden Goodwin, Jem Finer, David Ward, Troika, Lucy Harrison, Jacqueline Poncelet, Doug Alsop, Peter Freeman, and Gavin Turk.
