One Day Artist Projects (March 2017)
UH Galleries invited Aid & Abet to create two separate one-day projects to explore the collaborative process of experimental drawing.
On each day a methodology of ‘call and response’ was adopted so that artworks were kept in a state of flux, seamlessly moving between image, object, space and time. We took inspiration from our current collaborative project ‘experimental sessions’ at ELAN to transform the gallery into a temporary studio.
The first session focused on drawing and object while the second session concentrated on animation and projection.
